Read the update below— This ismy second excellent experience! Ifyou’re looking for acar, start here. You won’t regretit.
Update— Ipurchased acar here in2021. Ihad the misfortune ofhitting adear and mycar was totaled. Myinsurance paid off the loan onthatcar, but didn't replace mycar. Car prices were sohigh atthat time, Icouldn't afford another loan, soI bought apaid infull car (not from this dealership) just toget mearound town. Idrove with anxiety daily, that the car w
ould die onme. Ididn't attend family functions orout oftown events because Ididn't think mycar would makeit. Ionly drove towork and home, and prayed before, during, and after each trip.Fast forward toNovember of2022. Asales person from McGrath reached out tome and convinced meto come inthat night. Itraded inthe paid infull car for a2015GMC Terrain. Although itis ausedcar, Itrusted this dealership and felt confident that the car would bethoroughly inspected and would bein good working condition. Iwas wrong.
Two and ahalf months later, the Ethos service plan that promises powertrain coverage doesn't want tocover the engine that needs tobe rebuilt, and itwouldn't cover arental car while the mechanic assessed the issues.So, Ispent mybirthday weekend without acar. When Igo pick itup later today, Iwill have to“document the oil consumption” aka drive around knowing that the engine ison its last legs, toprove tothe service company, Ethos, that the engine does infact need replacing. Sooooo Ican't goto family functions, orout-of-town events, and Iwill again have the constant stress while driving.
Additionally, Ihave toreplace the brake rotors because they were only resurfaced before the sale.
To recap, Inow have the constant anxiety while driving, car repairs, acar payment and increased car insurance. Iam literally, worse off than when Istarted.
Both the sales and service teams are kind and friendly. But don't think for asecond that the car quality here isbetter than anywhere else.

How this dealership has4.4stars isbeyond medishonest and crooked advertised price ismuch lower than what they try toget you topay and they won’t tell you about the extra fees until you are done with everything soyou have drove there and wasted abunch oftime Iwill never beback. I’m guessing that ifyou bought acar here you we’re screwed!

I found the exact vehicle that Iwanted atMcGrath! Jason, Kim and other staff that wemet were friendly and helpful, including the owner! The Enclave was detailed and ready for usto look atand drive and even detailed again upon purchase since Igot ita little muddy onthe test drive. Wewere treated fairly with our trade and appreciated the discount that was offered inconjunction with GMfinancing that other dealers weren't offering. Great experience!!

I went into the service area for anoil change. Staff was friendly and efficient. The shop was very clean. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable. Coffee was available for waiting customers. Very satisfied.

You repaired my2012Yukon quickly after having ittowed toyour facility the night before. Iwas impressed and grateful that you were willing totake the vehicle and assess the situation soquickly. Iwas also relieved the repair was minor and that Iwas able tohave myvehicle back home and running inless than 24hours.

We had purchased aused car from the dealer and the transmission wentout. Many dealerships would have washed their hands ofthe problem, but McGrath was great. Iworked with Skip and Stephanie, and they were very professional and responsive about the whole situation. They took responsibility and paid for the repair. Itwas agreat experience and goes along ways inmy book when the dealer takes care ofthe customer. Ican't say enough great things about the entire process.
